About Peg

My real estate career began in the title insurance industry. As an escrow officer in Gallatin County, I experienced the perfect introduction to an ever changing, complex, boom and bust industry. As a Real Estate Broker I still follow the motto and #1 rule of Title: “ Read, read, read !” Always read and understand your listing contract, buy-sell agreement, covenants, easements, loan information and all the intricate details. The purchase of a home, or property, is the greatest decision many people will make. I want to make sure you have complete knowledge and enjoyment of your investment.
I am a native Montanan being born in Butte, growing up in Bozeman, and now residing Livingston. My husband is a Park County native and moved us back to his roots shortly after we were married 15 years ago. He is a 4th generation rancher and a cattle broker. We have one son. I truly feel blessed to call Livingston and Shields Valley my home.
